Additional beds for bookings above 15 pax are subject to the following:

All bookings have exclusive use of The Kamonchat.

Check-in time is 3 pm | Check-out time is 12 pm. Late check out is subject to 50% of the daily rental fee.

All bookings are subject to a US$1,500 refundable security deposit [cash or credit card authorization upon arrival]

Additional guests - other than the number indicated in the booking & villa confirmation voucher - residing at The Kamonchat are subject to a US$300 fee [per night, per person].

Pricing is based on the 2020/2021 calendar. Rates may be subject to change.
Discounts
EARLY BIRD
Enjoy a 5% discount when booking 120 days in advance or book 180 days in advance and enjoy a 10% discount.
LAST MINUTE BOOKING
Enjoy a 5% discount made within 14 days before arrival or a 10% discount made within 7 days of arrival.
LONG TERM STAY
A 10+ day booking receives a 5% discount. Guests who decide to reside at the Kamonchat for more than 30 days, get to enjoy a 20% discount.
Black Out Dates
Please be aware of the following blackout dates:
- Chinese New Year
- Easter
- Christmas
- New Year
ON THE ABOVE-MENTIONED DATES:

The Kamonchat will only accept bookings at full capacity [[6+1 Bedrooms] and therefore respective pricing applies.

Early bird discounts do not apply to any bookings on or overlapping with The Kamonchat's blackout dates.
